If you wish to volunteer as a counsellor, it's necessary to complete Lifeline's personal growth and counselling skills course. This requirement applies regardless of your professional qualifications or experience. The course can be taken part-time, either in-person or online.

Our mental health services are free to the public, and fundraising can help LifeLine Johannesburg continue offering free services and expand our reach.
Start a fundraiser of your choice for a special occasion, event or project. You can raise funds to celebrate your birthday, promise to dye your hair green if you reach your target or ask your friends and family to contribute in lieu of a wedding gift or special occasions.
